This is all great but Still No Optus Digital, or Foxtel Digital or Austar .... etc why would i pay 140+ dollars a year for something that should be free?

WHY Don't the overbloated legal buffoons stop squeaking and free up the data for god sake if NineMSN can make it available for free on the net surely the individual providers can host thier own EPG data for the rest of us to use as part of a "Value Added" feature of thier subscription service????? I mean why would i bother downloading foxtel guide data when i PAY for Optus digital there is no reason they should be holding back why not include a password feature in the EPG module for Media Centre and other 3rd party EPG data fetchers? this way you may only download from your own Provider they charge me $2 for the magazine version anyway so what the heck rip me off another $2 or give me the option of taking digital collection of the guide. Anyone else with a view on this?
